Just for my Mt. Explorers

Several years ago I created an image of a skier with polymer clay.  I made beads and sold a few and kept the rest in my stash.

This Jan. and Feb. the beads are part of a zipper pull or backpack dangle for my young Mt. Explorer skiers.  What a great place for the beads to call home!

Latest necklace design

It is time for a new necklace design.  Simple but elegant I think.
It hangs 1 7/8" from the chain.  The color is soft violet with gold accents.

My Sunday fun/work/workout

This is the wonderful group of young skiers I spent the last four Sundays with.  From 10 - 3 we explored the slopes of Roundtop Mountain Resort.

Sterling feels so right

After several pins made with aluminum it is time to pull out the sterling silver.
These are about 2.75 inches.

Planning the next year's shows

It is a necessary job but so hard to pull off.  Planning head is not in my nature.  I like to be a little spontaneous.   But January is the time to figure out where to show my treasures.

Here are yesterday's creations.

I'm wired

After some time away from the art supplies it seem the wire is calling.  I just took some shawl pins to a shop so there are a few designs missing from my stash.
